Snapchat App Being Blamed For Deaths

ABC Action News in Tampa Bay reported last month on the tragic death of a driver and his girlfriend, and three other people, in a crash on Coconut Palm Drive at Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard. The Florida Highway Patrol and the Hillsborough County Sheriff’s Office were investigating the crash.

The driver of a VW Golf traveling west on MLK Jr. Boulevard approaching Coconut Palm Drive lost control of the vehicle, crossed over the median, and collided with a Toyota Sienna minivan traveling east on MLK Jr. Boulevard. After colliding with the Toyota Sienna, the VW Golf collided with a Toyota Scion and debris from the crash struck a BMW 3-series. The driver of the Golf and his passenger both died because of the crash. Three more people who were in the minivan also died. […]
