All car accidents carry inherent dangers. However, the possibility of catastrophic injuries increases drastically when the crash involves a motor vehicle such as a car or truck on one hand and a pedestrian on the other. These types of crashes often involve extensive injuries and even loss of life While some people believe that a pedestrian always has the right of way, this is not necessarily the case.
