Neil Patrick Broderick, Esquire, is a partner at The Broderick Law Firm, P.L. He has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 1997. He is also is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in Federal Court, both the Southern and Middle District in Florida. Neil attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a B.A. in Economics in 1992. He was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend St. Thomas University Law School, and in 1995, he received his Juris Doctorate.
Since 1997, Mr. Broderick has been representing injured parties in both personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. In addition to representing the injured, he has had a successful criminal trial practice, representing clients from misdemeanors to felony charges. He also has a background in securities law and wrongful termination employment.
