Jennifer Fischer Broderick, Esquire

Jennifer Fischer Broderick Esquire, has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida, since 1998 and is the manager at The Broderick Law Firm, P.L.

Ms. Broderick concentrates her practice area to assisting disabled adults and children in their efforts to obtain Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income, as well as Medicare and Medicaid that comes with those benefits. She believes in actually assisting her clients complete the paperwork necessary in filing these types of claims, as well as ensure that the Social Security Administration knows her client’s disabilities from the beginning of her representation.

Ms. Broderick attended The George Washington University, in Washington, D.C. and graduated in 1994 with a B.A. in Criminal Justice/Sociology.   During her tenure in D.C., she assisted The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in their quest to find missing children.

She received her Juris Doctorate degree from Nova Southeastern University, in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, in 1997.   While in law school, she participated in Nova’s Civil Clinic, which allowed her to represent HIV positive clients in securing Social Security Disability/Supplemental Security Income benefits. She continues to assist clients with all disabilities, including children, obtain these benefits, which also include securing Medicare or Medicaid benefits, as well. She has represented well more than 2,000 clients in social security matters and attended hundreds of Administrative Law Hearings to help her clients obtain these benefits.

Since becoming a member of the Florida Bar, Attorney Broderick has represented both injured workers’ and insurance companies, throughout the State of Florida, in personal injury and workers’ compensation claims. She gained experience representing clients in the areas of divorce, custody, Social Security Disability, and contracts, as well as Appellate work.

Additionally, Attorney Broderick has represented clients in criminal matters, stemming from traffic violations to VOP’s. Neil Patrick Broderick, Esquire

Neil Patrick Broderick, Esquire, is a partner at The Broderick Law Firm, P.L.  He has been a licensed attorney in the State of Florida since 1997 and is also is licensed to practice law in Tennessee and in Federal Court, both the Southern and Middle District in Florida.

         Mr. Broderick attended the University of South Florida and graduated with a B.A. in Economics in 1992.   He was awarded a Merit Scholarship to attend St. Thomas University Law School and in 1995, he received his Juris Doctorate.

Since 1997, Mr. Broderick has been representing injured parties in both personal injury and workers’ compensation claims.  In addition to representing the injured, he has had a successful criminal trial practice, representing clients from misdemeanors to felony charges.   He also has a background in securities law and wrongful termination employment, as well as also representing clients in their Social Security claims.

Currently, Mr. Broderick represents the injured parties in both Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury suits. He believes that workers’ are often at a disadvantage when injured in the work place and works hard to “level the playing field” between the employers who may know the law and the employees who may not.  He feels that the insurance companies put injured parties at a disadvantage from the very beginning of a claim and works zealously to ensure his clients know their rights and to what they are entitled under the law.
